A vibrant natural-process coffee from Ethiopia’s Guji region, Ethiopia Sidama Guji Shakiso is bursting with ripe fruit and caramelized sweetness. We taste notes of yellow peach, juicy mango, and caramel for a bright, tropical cup with plenty of sweetness and balance.
To ensure the coffee you order is as fresh as possible, all online orders are shipped whole bean, according to our roasting schedule. If your order is placed by 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, it will be roasted and shipped that Thursday. If your order is placed after 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, it will fall into the next week's schedule and be roasted and shipped the following Thursday.
