Guatemala La Montanita

This washed process coffee is roasted to a medium level, allowing it to maintain a structured chocolatey body without losing its subtle sweet-tart on the tongue characteristics. For us, this coffee is extra special. We are so happy to have worked with our friend, Alessio (from Great Circle Coffee Roasters), to secure this smooth and sweet coffee from his cousin's farm in Huehuetenango. Guatemala La Montanita has many characteristics from coffees of this region, with familiar notes of milk chocolate and vanilla. It is his cousin's impeccable harvesting and processes practices that give this coffee it's uniquely sweet-tart notes, which remind us of biting into a juicy green apple. 🍏🍫🍨
