Fruit-forward and full of vibrant jammy flavors, this coffee comes from Yirgacheffe, situated in the Gedeo zone of southern Ethiopia, a region renowned for its thriving coffee production. Thanks to its nutrient-rich soil and high altitudes, this coffee boasts notes of sweet strawberry jam, ripe peach, and blueberries. This coffee comes specifically from the village of Chelchele, which hosts a washing station with over 360 drying beds used for both natural and washed coffees. Local farmers handpick only the ripest cherries to ensure top quality.
