10AM Depart from Evermore. It was a sunny, yet brisk morning as we left from Burlington. After a breakfast of avocado toast and Guatemalan coffee, we loaded up the bike and headed out. 

11:30AM Coffee Break in High Bridge, NJ. We set our first destination for Scout's Coffee Bar! After several day trips to this area, we've been meaning to stop by Scout's, although have always arrived too late in the day. 

2PM Stretch Break at Roebling Bridge. The route to Narrowsburg took us over the Roebling Bridge, which was followed by the perfect spot for a stretch break. This bridge was unlike any other we'd ever ridden over. After our trip, we did some research and discovered that this is the oldest existing wire suspension bridge in the US, designed by John A. Roebling, who later was the engineer of the Brooklyn Bridge. Pretty cool!
